9.\u00a0The following individuals and organizations are eligible to receive funds from the Foundation for charitable purposes:<\/p>\n
9.1.\u00a0 Any member registered to the Wauzhushk Onigum Nation, living on or off reserve;<\/p>\n
9.2.\u00a0A resident non-member who is accepted as a community member of the Wauzhushk Onigum Nation;<\/p>\n
9.3.\u00a0Organizations, committees, agencies, service providers and non-profit groups of the First Nation or who directly service the First Nation and are applying for the purposes of providing a direct service or benefit to registered members of the Wauzhushk Onigum Nation.<\/p>\n
10.\u00a0Any individual eligible to receive funding through the Foundation that is known to have received a \u201cwindfall\u201d, where for the purposes of this policy is defined as a sudden, unexpected and non-recurring payment of money, including, but not limited to, any bingo or lottery wins or inheritance, is not eligible to receive assistance from the Foundation until three (3) months after receiving such windfall.\u00a0 Failure to disclose such \u201cwindfall\u201d will be considered an act of dishonesty by the Foundation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
